Who decides what gets tested?
You approve the queue, we own the order. The ranking is impact over effort, and it’s written down, so disagreements are about the estimate rather than about taste.
What happens when everything loses?
That’s a result. A month of clean losses on a channel is worth more than a quarter of ambiguity, and it usually means the constraint is somewhere we haven’t looked yet.
