◇ WHO WE ARE
who you’re
actually talking to.
◇ WHY NOW
why this,
why now.
The retainer broke. Budgets tightened and founders stopped paying for activity. They want the number to move, and they want to talk to the people moving it.
We spent ten years carrying those numbers inside companies. Now we do it for founders directly, month to month, with our fee tied to the growth. New as a company, not as operators.
Growthbek is Mahmoud and Kamel. Two operators who got tired of watching agencies bill hours and dodge the outcome. You won’t get an account manager or a 40-slide deck. You’ll get the people doing the work, in your Slack, treating your number like it’s our own company.
We started Growthbek because the best growth we’ve ever seen came from people who acted like owners, not suppliers. So that’s the whole company. No layers, no hand-offs, no theatre. Just operators and your number.
◇ THE NAME
bek is a real
growth gene.
Look it up. BEK is a fibroblast growth factor receptor: the part of a cell that catches a growth signal and acts on it. Nothing grows until BEK does its job. We liked that a little too much. It named the company, and it named the way we work.
That’s the Bek Gene: the reflex to catch the one signal that matters at your stage and act on it, instead of running every play at once. It runs down the middle of our growth levers page for a reason.
◇ TEN YEARS OF THIS
we carried the
number in-house.
First in-house marketing role, healthcare services. First lesson: leads are cheap, trust is expensive.
Growth for patient services and healthcare SaaS across the UK, Egypt, and the GCC. Price-sensitive markets teach discipline nothing else can.
Product and marketing roles in SaaS. Built the habit of instrumenting before spending.
GTM lead at a B2B data-infrastructure startup. The receipts on the work page start here.
PMM lead for a healthcare ERP. Creator growth at a marketplace app. And Growthbek: all of it, aimed at your number.

we only win
when your
number does.
That’s not a slogan, it’s the deal. $3K founding base plus 10% of the growth we move, month to month. If it doesn’t move by day 60, the next month is on us. Full terms on the pricing page.
the questions
you’re thinking.
You’re new. Why you?
Because we act like owners, not a brand. We only pitch what we’d run with our own money, and we work month to month, so we have to earn it.
What does it cost?
Published and month to month: $3K founding base for the first five clients or $6K standard, plus 10% of the growth we move. If it does not move by day 60, the next month is on us.
Which channel do you do?
Whatever moves your number. We don’t sell you a channel. We sell you the outcome.
How fast do we see anything?
First experiments live in week one. Real signal in weeks, not quarters.
Who actually does the work?
Us. You’re in a Slack with the operators, not an account manager relaying messages.
Is this your work or your employers’?
Both, and we label which. Most of our receipts come from in-house roles where we carried the number ourselves. That’s the point: you’re hiring operators who’ve sat on your side of the table. Every case study carries a badge: in-house, agency, or freelance.
Why only two people?
Because the account layer is where outcomes go to die. Every person between you and the work adds a week and subtracts accountability. Two operators, your Slack, your number.
